2. ENGAGE

• You engage us to hire staff to work with you as if they were your direct-hire employees. 
• We recruit the staff on your behalf and to your specs and you have the final say on all hires. 

3. TRIAL

• Two weeks of training and a trial period. No commitment, no contract. Cancel anytime. 
• There is no obligation until you’ve found a staff that perfectly fits your needs.

4. WORK

• The staff work from the comfort of their home either full-time or hourly rate projects, based on your requirements. We provide all infrastructure and HR support for one low fee.  You have the option of managing your staff directly or having us provide staff management for you.

5. ACCESS

• Your staff work during your business hours and are effectively an extension of your local team (just located remotely). You have direct access to your staff (phone/email) and you define the standards by which they work and the systems and processes they should follow.

6. VISIBILITY

• You have full visibility and control of your dedicated offshore staff without having to worry about managing the operations (Recruitment, HR, Payroll, labor compliance, staff retention, performance management) – leave that to us.
